Welcome to The Columbia Hotel. By booking a reservation through our website or booking engine, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with The Columbia Hotel, whether through our website, by phone, or in person.
1.2 By confirming a reservation, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to make this booking.
1.3 All rates, policies, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Booking Policy

2.1 Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit or debit card and confirmation email.
2.2 Room rates are per night, per room, and are inclusive of standard amenities. Applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout.
2.3 Special offers or discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Payment Policy

3.1 A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
3.2 Payment is due upon check-in, depending on the rate type selected.
3.3 Certain promotional or non-refundable rates may require full prepayment at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Flexible Rate Reservations will allow for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the arrival date and will not incur a charge.
4.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged for the first night of the stay.
4.3 No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night and the remaining reservation will be cancelled.
4.4 Best Available Rate Reservations are the lowest available rate and do not allow for cancellations without losing the cost of the reservation.

Please refer to your specific rate plan at the time of booking, as some rates may carry stricter policies.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

5.1 Check-in time is from 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
5.2 Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
5.3 A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

6. Pet Policy

6.1 The Columbia Hotel is pet-friendly. A pet fee is charged at time of check in and the Pet Policy Agreement needs to be signed before check in.
6.2 Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to pets.
6.3 Pets must be supervised at all times and leashed in public areas.

7. Damage & Incidentals

7.1 Guests are liable for any damage caused to the room or hotel premises during their stay.
7.2 The Columbia Hotel reserves the right to charge your card on file for repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning fees.

8. Smoking Policy

8.1 The Columbia Hotel is a non-smoking property.
8.2 A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for any violation of the smoking policy.

9. Guest Conduct

9.1 We ask all guests to respect the comfort and safety of others. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
9.2 Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

10. Liability Disclaimer

10.1 The Columbia Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during your stay.
10.2 Guests are encouraged to keep valuables locked in their room.

11. Privacy Policy

11.1 All personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2 We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

12. Force Majeure

12.1 The Columbia Hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or unforeseen closures.

13. Amendments

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. The version in effect at the time of your reservation will apply.
